I would like to direct sufferers and carers of patients with interstitial cystitis to a new treatment publication. It looks at the evidence on the treatments  MOST commonly used for IC. As most sufferers know, most of these treatments do not help. The oldest treatment seens to have the most decent evidence of efficacy.
